A new perspective

Most photographs taken at Harpers Ferry are from the same physical locations and thus capture the same perspective on the gorge. As Carl Orr has been exploring the Chestnut Hill crags and capturing his adventures on film he has also managed to capture a new vantage point on the gorge. Take a look at the photos below and enjoy this new perspective. Click on any of the images to see them at a larger size.

And finally, a cool looking climb to salivate over. Enjoy

The line in the bottom pic does look excellent! It is, however, only perhaps ~20' tall. You can't see it from the road, but it is tucked away in the woods not far above 340 just East of Chestnut Hill Rd.

No matter, Fun is Fun, I'd climb it for sure.
